The human body is capable of so much more than we give it credit for. As a mom of 3 young children, I know how demanding life can be—but I also know how resilient and adaptable our bodies are. Through my own Switch2Strength journey, I’ve learned that it’s not about becoming less by chasing a fleeting number on the scale. It’s about becoming more—stronger, healthier, and more confident.


I’m passionate about helping women love and appreciate their bodies for the first time in their lives. The feeling of stepping into your strength and realizing what you’re capable of is unmatched. With the right approach—strength training, proper nutrition, and consistency—you can transform both your body and mindset.
